Give your collector the whole ledger, not a receipt book
One handheld POS device: walk the road, see who owes what, take the payment and print the receipt on the spot. The resident gets an SMS; the office gets a clean, ledger-style daily report.
- 1Open the dues list
- 2Pick the house, enter amount
- 3Take payment: saved
- 4Receipt prints
- 5Resident gets an SMS
How a collector collects
-
1
Log in as collector
A separate collector role: only collection screens, no editing accounts or deleting anything.
-
2
See dues by road
Which house or flat owes how many months and how much, listed road by road.
-
3
Record the payment
Cash, bKash or Nagad: pick the amount and method and save. The system applies it to the right bills.
-
4
Print the receipt
A numbered receipt on the device's thermal printer, with a QR code anyone can scan to verify it.
-
5
Resident gets an SMS
The moment it is saved, the resident gets an SMS, so there is proof even if the slip is lost.
-
6
Reconcile at day end
The treasurer counts the cash against the collector's daily collection report; the expected total is already in the system.

A receipt printed on the spot
Sized for thermal printers: association name, receipt number, house/flat, months paid, amount, method, collector and a QR code for verification.
- Every receipt has its own serial number
- Scan the QR to check it is genuine
- Reprint any time; the number never changes
The day's account, like a familiar khata
Daily collections, dues, the cash book, and totals by road and collector, laid out like a ruled ledger book (khata) with totals. Print for signatures or export to Excel.
The resident is the witness
Every payment sends the resident an SMS, so cash cannot be taken without an entry.
Nothing can be deleted
Collectors cannot void entries; voids need approval and the record stays.
Daily cash check
Match the cash in hand with the daily collection report by collector and any gap shows up immediately.
Which device do you need?
Any Android handheld POS with a built-in thermal printer (such as Sunmi V2), or an ordinary Android phone with a Bluetooth thermal printer. Society Keeper runs in the device's browser and needs an internet connection.
We help you choose the device and set it up during the demo.
